Ideal for Compressed air, low-pressure petroleum, non-potable water & handrail systems our Galvanised heavy plain-end steel tube is dual certified to EN10255/10217 (BS1387). Hot sipped in a galvanising/zinc coating to EN10240 quality A1, our plain end tube is made from fully killed steel and tensile tested. Rigorously tested using Elco meters and Hydrometers our heavy steel tube is also hydro static pressure tested to 50 Bar.
Standards & Specs:
- BS EN10217-1 TR1 - Cold formed. Please make sure you are aware of the recent change in legislation, brought in on April 20th 2021, and that this tube is suitable for purpose before ordering
- EN 10240 - Hot dipped galvanised/zinc coating. Internal and/or external protective coatings for steel tubes
- Hydro static pressure tested to 50 Bar
- Fully killed steel
- Tensile tested
