At HAC we care about what we do. We aren’t an e-commerce store we are a traditional merchant - with an e-commerce store. We aren’t a team of order processors, we’re a team of individual specialities and product knowledge. We don’t just know codes, we know products. We know what you want, why you want it and what else you might need to complete the job. We aren’t a “drop ship” middle-man, we are a physical store with a vast stock holding.

Often labelled as “one-stop shop” we identified over the past decade that the traditional divide between plumbers and pipe fitters was ending, the 2 began to unite and companies were beginning to take on both. With a companies order book split between steel tube and plastic waste pipe it made sense for ut to provide a service that could reduce the number of suppliers needed. As well as using our own fleet of vehicle for larger jobs, we will use external delivery partners and direct deliveries from manufacturers where necessary. Utilizing all these options means that what ever the size of the order, and where ever it may be going in the UK, we have the ability to get your order to you, fast.

    With over 200 years’ worth of knowledge among our team we are confident in our ability to assist with any project you may be undertaking. On the odd occasion where we don’t have an answer, we are always happy to learn. we have close ties with our manufactures and their technical teams and will always be happy to find the solution to your problem.

    With a back ground as a contracts merchant and long-standing relationships with our suppliers we have the ability to support any size contract. We can help with spec analysis, alternative brands, contract pricing, manufacturer site visits or any other help you might require.
